        In need of some mobility/flexibility/activation work to get you ready for your workout, practice or game? Here’s a list of over 50 exercises to choose from! Plenty of these exercises require no equipment, making them perfect options to include in your morning or nighttime routine. Mix and match them depending on what you feel your body needs to crush whatever comes next.

 

What equipment you will need

  • Resistance bands (recommended, but not necessary)
  • LAX ball (recommended, but not necessary)
  • Mini bands (recommended, but not necessary)
  • Plyo boxes (recommended, but not necessary)
  • Jump rope (recommended, but not necessary)
  • Medicine balls (recommended, but not necessary)
  • Dumbbells (recommended, but not necessary)
  • Slider (a paper plate on carpet, or a dish towel on a hardwood floor will work!)

 

Amount of time you will need for each workout

  • 5-15 minutes (choose 4-5 exercises and do them as a circuit for 2-3 rounds)

 

Longevity of workout program

  • The rest of your life. You can (and probably should) do these every single day!

 

Level of difficulty

  • Beginner. Everyone can and should do these!

 

Recommended use of program (in-season, off-season, etc.)

  • Use these in the locker room before a game or practice. Do them before you hit the gym for your workout. Knock a couple out when you wake up. Unwind for the day by doing nightly routine as you watch TV. Basically, anyone can do these at any time (have I made that clear enough yet?).
